Delivery of Logos

Our standard delivery time for initial logo concepts is 1–2 days from the time your order is placed. This is our normal operating timeframe and applies to all projects.

Customer Care Rights

We guarantee a response to all emails within 24 hours. You fully understand these customer care terms, and therefore, no chargeback claims can be made for any unanswered emails until the full 24-hour response period has passed.

Revisions Policy

We provide unlimited revisions for life from the delivery of your initial concepts.

All revision requests are completed within 24 hours, and we are able to process multiple revisions per day.

During this period, you may request design adjustments, refinements, or redraws to help ensure the logo aligns with your requirement.

All revision requests must be submitted through email, telephone, or our support system.

This defined and timely revision structure ensures projects move efficiently and remain predictable for both parties.

Refund Policy – 365-Day Money Back Guarantee

You may request a 100% refund within 365 days of your initial payment provided that:

• Final logo files (AI, PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, and WEBP) have not yet been delivered, and
• You have allowed us the opportunity to revise or adjust the design within the revision period.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval.

Refunds cannot be issued if:

• Final logo files have already been delivered
• The 365-day refund window from initial payment has passed
• You approved a design and later changed your mind for reasons outside the original brief
• You became unresponsive or failed to supply required information

These conditions ensure clarity for both parties and allow us to maintain fair, consistent service standards.

Delivery of Final Files & Ownership

Once you approve the final design, we will provide your logo in multiple industry-standard formats (AI, PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and WEBP).

Upon final delivery, you receive full ownership and commercial usage rights to the final logo. Prior to approval and final delivery, all design concepts remain the property of 25PoundLogoDesign.

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We are committed to resolving any issues directly with our clients. Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us via email so we may address your concern in line with our refund and revision policy.

Chargebacks for completed, approved, or delivered custom work may be challenged, as eligibility for refunds is determined strictly by the terms above.

11. Copyright Responsibility

While we take reasonable steps during the design process, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the final use of any design complies with applicable copyright laws.

12. Price Promise Guarantee

If you find a comparable professional logo design service from another company offering the same or substantially equivalent services for a lower price, please contact us before placing your order. We will review the comparison and, where the services and package contents are genuinely comparable, beat the qualifying competitor's price.

Comparable services are assessed based on factors such as the number of logo concepts, revisions, file formats, design services, included features and other significant package components. Free logo makers, automated logo generators, templates, substantially different services, and offers that do not provide a comparable level of service are not considered comparable for the purposes of this guarantee.

For clarity, our Lowest Price Industry Guarantee is a price-beating promise for comparable professional logo design services. It does not mean that our prices are necessarily the lowest available for every logo design service in the market. Where a customer identifies a lower price from a competitor offering the same or substantially equivalent services and package contents, we will beat the qualifying competitor's price, subject to the conditions of this guarantee.

13. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

14. £100 FUTURE DESIGN CREDIT – THE BEST PACKAGE

Important: The £100 Future Design Credit described in this section is a promotional benefit available only to new customers who purchase The Best Package as part of the applicable New Customer Special promotion on the 25PoundLogoDesign Sale Site. It does not form part of the standard pricing or standard package offering and is not available with purchases made through the Standard Pricing Site.

Eligibility

The £100 Future Design Credit is available to new customers only who purchase The Best Package during the promotion period, where the credit is expressly advertised as included with that package.

For the purposes of this offer, a new customer means a customer who has not previously placed a paid order with 25PoundLogoDesign. We reserve the right to verify eligibility where reasonably necessary.

How the £100 Future Design Credit works

Customers who qualify for the offer will receive a £100 Future Design Credit following their purchase of The Best Package.

Your £100 credit can be used toward any future design project with us, with no minimum spend, giving you even more value from The Best Package.

Straight after your purchase, you'll receive your own unique £100 promo code via email, created exclusively for you and ready to use anytime within 24 months of your purchase.

The credit may be redeemed across one or more future design projects until the full £100 credit has been used or the 24-month validity period has expired.

The credit is intended to provide additional value to customers who choose The Best Package and may be used toward future design services offered by us.

Credit value and use

The Future Design Credit has a maximum promotional value of £100.

The credit may be used toward the purchase price of any future design services we offer. If the price of a future design project exceeds the remaining credit balance, the customer may pay the difference at the applicable price for that service.

The credit does not require a minimum spend.

The credit cannot be used to purchase the original The Best Package to which the credit relates, and cannot be used retrospectively against the original purchase.

The credit cannot be used to reduce the price of an order that has already been paid for.

Promo code

The Future Design Credit will be issued as a unique promotional code associated with the customer's purchase.

The promotional code must be entered or provided when placing any future order. We may require reasonable verification that the person using the code is the customer to whom the credit was issued.

The promotional code is personal to the customer and is not transferable, assignable or resalable.

The code must not be published, advertised, sold or otherwise made available for use by another person.

Validity period

The £100 Future Design Credit is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase of The Best Package.

Any unused credit remaining after the expiry of the 24-month validity period will expire automatically and cannot subsequently be redeemed.

The expiry date will be calculated from the date of the purchase, rather than from the date on which the promotional code is emailed.

No cash alternative

The Future Design Credit is a promotional benefit and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred into a cash payment, redeemed for cash or used as a cash withdrawal.

The credit cannot be sold or purchased separately from The Best Package.

No cash change will be given for any unused portion of the credit.

Refunds and cancellations

The Future Design Credit has no separate purchase price and is provided as a promotional benefit attached to the purchase.

If the purchase of The Best Package is cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed, any unused Future Design Credit associated with that purchase will automatically become invalid.

If any Future Design Credit has already been redeemed before the purchase is cancelled or refunded, we will deal with the position in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the refund.

The Future Design Credit does not remove or restrict any cancellation, refund or other rights that a customer has under applicable UK consumer law.

No additional discount on the credit itself

The £100 Future Design Credit represents a maximum £100 contribution toward any future design services. It is not itself a cash payment and cannot be used to generate a cash balance.

Where another promotion, discount or special offer is being used on a future order, the Future Design Credit may only be combined with that promotion where we expressly permit such combination.

Any future design services

The credit may be used toward any future design project or design service that we offer at the time of redemption.

If a particular design service is unavailable, discontinued or not offered by us at the time the credit is redeemed, the credit cannot be exchanged for cash. Customers may instead use the remaining credit toward any other design service that we offer.

Changes to the offer

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Future Design Credit offer for future purchases where reasonably necessary, including where the promotional offer has ended or where changes are required for legal, regulatory, technical or operational reasons.

Any change will not retrospectively remove a valid Future Design Credit that has already been issued, except where required by law or where the underlying purchase has been cancelled, refunded or reversed.

Fraud, misuse and duplicate claims

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a Future Design Credit where we reasonably believe that the offer has been obtained through fraud, abuse, deliberate circumvention of the offer terms or other dishonest conduct.

Each new customer is entitled only to the promotional credit associated with their purchase of The Best Package, subject to these Terms.

Legal rights

Nothing in these Future Design Credit Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights or remedies that a customer has under applicable UK consumer protection law.

Where any provision of these terms conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the relevant legal right will prevail.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.
